They took my order over the phone to send someone flowers. They were super helpful and professional on the phone, and very communicative. I got confirmation as soon as my payment was processed, when my arrangement was ready, and when the delivery was successfully completed.
I didn't get to see the flowers in person, so it was really nice to get a photo and video of the arrangement so I'd know what my recipient was getting.

There are many factors that may affect how long your flowers will last like sensitivity to room temperature, level of moisture and light. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to take care of the flowers.
All sales are final. Receiving defective flowers or wrong item being the only exceptions. In such cases please contact us within 12 hours of receipt.
